Introduction
An attempt to follow various canal and riverside paths from Wakefield to Castleford and back along the trans pennine trail.
Conditions
Muddy, and tricky bits. Very nice riverside singletrack in places.
Narrative
The day was windy and wet. After a while the rain stopped, but the wind was if anything even stronger. This resulted in getting to Castleford very quickly, but some demoralisingly slow riding coming back.
