Introduction
Heads towards Guiseley on the road (nice spin to start) before diving into Spring Woods above Esholt for a fast flowing loop. Passes through Esholt village on the way to the canal. Uses the canal towpath to get to the start of another woody loop through the rocky,rooty Dawson and Buck woods. Doubles back through Esholt and takes a different route through Spring wood to the bottom of Gill/Warm Lane, back up the hill to finish.
Conditions
Rides best/fastest after a dry spell, but almost all weather due to the mostly covered nature of the woody trails.
Hazards and warnings
Plenty of rocks and tree roots. Don't fall in the river when folling the riverside path, like I did.
