Summary
Easy route for a quick run after work
Conditions
Some single track with mostly wider. Potentially boggy climb just after the ring road crossing. Woodland paths and canal towpath.
Hazards and warnings
Leeds Ring Road! You need to cross this just after the train station where you'll take your life in to your hands (5 lanes (3+2) of 60mph traffic). An alternative is to cross at the roundabout and cycle along the grass verge against the oncoming traffic.
