Introduction
Quick spin round the forest, mainly following the Forest Bridleway signs.
Detailed description
Silly road climb (16% gradient at the top) before more up and down on a fire road. Fast but not very technical descent before looping back past the car park & climbing on another fire road (more silliness). Interesting ride, including fun descent on the bridleway running along the edge of the forest, before a fast road descent for a well earned sausage cob courtesy of nice-nosh at the visitor centre.
