Introduction
An exciting scramble from Ruthwaite Cove up onto Nethermost Cove via its East Ridge.
Conditions
Generally dry under foot apart from, steep, long pathless climb up into Ruthwaite Cove.
Hazards and warnings
Loose rock on the East ridge of Nethermost Pike, followed by exposed but short scramble.
