Introduction
A ridge walk around Deepdale by way of Hartsop Above How and St Sunday Crag, including an exciting descent by way of Coffa Pike down to Deepdale Hause.
Conditions
Mainly good well drained paths. Faint grassy path descending from Birks.
Hazards and warnings
Difficult navigation in mist on Fairfield summit. Rocky scramble over Coffa Pike, care needed.
