Introduction
A run taking in some of the sights of Newcastle city centre and the quayside. Although I ran it, it would make a great walk as well.
Conditions
Mostly quietish roads.
Narrative
Another chance to try and burn off some of the Christmas excess found me running the streets of Newcastle first thing in the morning.
