Introduction
This is one of our weekly Langford XC rides.
Detailed description
Road ride through Sandford to the Strawberry line. Up through Kingswood to the top of Cross and then skirt Crook Peak and drop down to the road and on to Axebridge where we grind up hill via the 'yoghurt'. At the top we join the road and its all down hill back to the Crown.
