Introduction
A walk along the beach to Scarborough. Depending on the tide, you may have to go along the cliffs if the tide covers the beach.
Conditions
Sandy, and rocky foreshore.
Hazards and warnings
Tidal, and some areas may be cut off when the tide comes in.
Detailed description
Walk along the beach towards Knipe point. Either walk over the end of the point on a fishermans path, or go around the headland which involves clambering over rocks.
Carry on along a soft sandy beach until at Cornellian, you can go up the cliff, and carry on along the clifftop path, or carry on along the beach if the tide permits.
