A hike to the alpine cheesery at Gölitschen via Höh viewpoint with KISC.
Detailed description
This is your opportunity to discover how to make cheese alpine style! The hike gains 700 vertical metres over 12km. Leaving the Centre at 07:30 for a hike of approximately 3 hours up to the Golitschen Alpine Cheesery. Your guide will accompany you while the farmer explains the cheese making process. Bring a cup and some bread as you can sample the cheese and milk while there. Normally, groups are back at the Centre by 16:00.
