Narrative
After the excitment of being between some very angry elephants and some very scared lions we set off looking for leopard. Sadly, the leopard was tracked but never seen. Such is the business of following wild animals.
After the wild goose chase, or rather wild leopard chase, we did manage to get some good sightings of elephant, giraffe, and impala. I like impala, although very common and often overlooked, they are pretty and elegant animals, and watching them nervously drive at the waterhole was worthwhile.
