Summary
A walk in the Wicklow mountains.
Narrative
This is a walk from Glendalough in Co. Wicklow, Ireland and takes in the upper lake and the old miners track. The walk follows the Glenealo river up its valley before heading up to the reservoir on Turlough Hill before ascending Camderry via the bizarre lunar-like landscape of the peat hags. We had to take the shorter, steeper path back to the carpark due to the impending darkness but there is a longer easier path that continues straight on.
