Detailed description
Follows old vehicle track after leaving Risdon Brook circuit road, then ascends the hills goes around top of Catchpole Gully before descending through a section of private land and finally into the reserve again for final leg back to the dam.
Narrative
Original intention was to climb Mount Direction, but all access was barred, so walk diverted to the hills to the north.
